1 1/2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted and cooled slightly
3 large eggs, separated
1 1/2 cups whole milk
4 teaspoons True Lemon
1/3 cup water
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup flour
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon honey
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease six 3/4 cup ramekins. Place in a large roasting pan lined with a kitchen towel.
